190 - Skilled Nominated Visa (Permanent)

If your profession is on Australia’s Skilled Occupation List (SOL) and the occupation ceiling is not reached for that year, you may be eligible for an Australian Skilled Nominated visa. To qualify for a 190 visa, you must receive an invitation from a state or territory government agency. Before being considered, you must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI). Invitations are sent based on each state or territory’s needs for skilled immigrants. When you submit your EOI, you can choose which regions or territories you’re willing to relocate to. A Skilled Nominated visa enables you (and any additional applicants) to migrate permanently to Australia.
