To be eligible for this visa, you must have lived in a specified regional area of Australia for a minimum of 2 years while holding any of the following visas: Skilled Regional visa (subclass 489), Skilled Independent Regional visa (subclass 495), Skilled Designated Area Sponsored visa (subclass 496), Skilled Regional Sponsored visa (subclass 475 or 487), or Bridging visa A or B obtained after applying for a subclass 495, 487, or 489 visa. Additionally, during the two-year period, you must have worked in a regional area of Australia for a minimum of 1 year.
You need to satisfy the health criteria for this visa. If you have already had a health assessment for one of the provisional visas listed, you may not need to undergo another health examination.
To meet the character requirements, you will need to obtain police clearance certificates from all countries where you have lived for at least 12 months in the past 10 years since you turned 16 years old.
